Contract Overview

Campbell Scientific, Inc. (CSI) is an awarded vendor under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program. Through this contract, CSI provides technology solutions supporting flood early warning systems and environmental monitoring applications for eligible Texas entities.

CSI designs, manufactures, and supports high-quality measurement and control instrumentation used in critical infrastructure and environmental monitoring systems. Eligible Customers

This contract is available to Texas state agencies, local governments, public education entities, and other organizations as defined in Texas Government Code §2054.003.

DIR enables eligible entities to efficiently procure vetted technology solutions while ensuring compliance with statewide procurement policies and standards.

Scope of Offerings Under DIR Contract

  • Hardware: ALERT2 flood warning equipment, data loggers, rain gauges, water-level sensors, meteorological sensors, IoT devices, solar power systems, communications (satellite, radio, cellular), and related accessories
  • Software: ALERT2, LoggerNet, RTMCRT, CampbellCloud™ subscription services
  • Services: Equipment calibration, system programming, and training
