Overview

The 21X is a retired product, but the 16087 remains available to customers who previously purchased this datalogger model. For the -55° to +80°C range, analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over published specifications. Extended Temperature Testing is typically specified at the time of datalogger purchase and is first performed before the datalogger ever leaves the factory. However, if application requirements change, individual dataloggers can also be returned to Campbell Scientific on an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) to determine if they can pass Extended Temperature Testing. Extended Temperature Testing of a previously purchased unit also requires purchase of concurrent recalibration.

Detailed Description

The 21X is a retired product, but the 16087 remains available to customers who previously purchased this datalogger model. For the -55° to +80°C range, analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over published specifications.

Extended Temperature Testing is typically specified at the time of datalogger purchase and is first performed before the datalogger ever leaves the factory. However, if application requirements change, individual dataloggers can also be returned to Campbell Scientific on an RMA to determine if they can pass Extended Temperature Testing. Extended temperature testing of a previously purchased unit also requires purchase of concurrent recalibration.

Campbell Scientific makes no guarantee that individual units sold originally with Standard Temperature Testing will meet Extended Temperature Testing criteria. The Extended Temperature Testing fee(s) will be applied whether or not the unit passes.
