Replacement Parts

This 3V Lithium battery maintains power to volatile areas of CR510-2M memory (e.g., clock) when the main power supply is disconnected or turned off. The 8025 should be periodically replaced.
This green power connector is shipped attached to the CR510-2M datalogger. The 3768 provides screw terminals for connecting the 12 V and GND wires of the dataloggger's power supply.
The 6554 Single 0.16-Unit Silica Desiccant bag desiccates the inside of the CR510-2M. When shipped, the datalogger has one bag of this desiccant inside of it. The supplied desiccant should fill the initial needs of most applications, but should be periodically replaced.
The 1113 is used to attach sensor leads to screw terminals.
These screws, along with the 6044 grommets, are commonly used together to secure our equipment to the backplates of our enclosures.
These grommets are commonly used with the 505 screws to secure our equipment to the backplates of our enclosures.


This service is available only for individual units that have previously passed Extended Temperature Testing. Retesting also requires concurrent purchase of recalibration, item number 16547.
Individual dataloggers can be returned to Campbell Scientific on an RMA to determine if they can pass Extended Temperature Testing. Extended temperature testing of a previously purchased unit also requires purchase of recalibration.
The 16547 requires an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) from Campbell Scientific. When this service is ordered, the CR510 is recalibrated to meet original specifications. Recalibration includes standard temperature testing (-25° to +50°C). Before and after calibration sheets are supplied with the datalogger. The calibration price assumes return of a fully functional datalogger; charges for all repairs will be added to the invoice.
This service increases delivery time by approximately one week. The 21852 is offered for customers who require calibration validation from an accredited calibration laboratory. When the 21852 is ordered, Campbell Scientific calibrates the datalogger, and then sends the datalogger to Simco Electronics in Salt Lake City, Utah. After Simco receives the datalogger, they perform a calibration validation under the A2LA/NVLAP accreditation. Simco also provides a calibration certificate.
