RAVEN105

Airlink Raven CDMA Cellular Digital Modem for Alltel Systems

Retired Product
(not available for purchase)

The Raven105 CDMA modem is an Airlink product made for use on Alltel cellular networks. At the field site, the datalogger, Raven modem, and its antenna communicate with a local cellular tower. The cellular tower, in turn, is accessed by the customer's computer running LoggerNet software. The computer accesses the modem via the Internet using CDMA/1xRTT network.

At the present time, a static IP account is required to use 1xRTT. There is typically a "one-time-per-customer charge" to activate accounts of this type. Once activated, additional static IP accounts may be added to the customer's name at no additional charge.
