Overview
The TTW922 is a Toro TurfWeather® Weather Station. Although we also make the TurfWeather brand available to Hunter, Rain Bird, and Signature Controls, those TurfWeather stations are sold under different item numbers. If you need more information, contact Bruce Smith.
The TTW922 is a wireless weather station with 922 MHz spread-spectrum radios. The radio is used to transmit to another 922 MHz radio that is connected to a base station computer up to 0.5 mile (1.0 km) away (distance achieved with optional antennas and clear line of sight). Other 900 MHz radios broadcasting in the same area will interfere with communication with this station.
(NOTE: 922 MHz radios are for use in Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. Check regulations regarding use in other countries.)
