LoggerNet software allows users to revise and customize the program that is included with the Solar800. LoggerNet is our main datalogger support software package. It supports programming, communication, and data retrieval between dataloggers and a PC.

The 18622 orders extended temperature testing (-55° to +85°C) for the CR800. Analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over published specifications.
CR1000KD
 
The CR1000KD is a portable keyboard display for viewing and entering datalogger data. One CR1000KD may be carried from station to station in a Solar800 network. Users can customize menus and displays, simplifying routine operations.
CMB200
 
The CMB200 Crossarm Brace Kit is designed to provide additional stability when using a crossarm mounted on Campbell Scientific tripods and towers. This kit provides support for crossarms with heavier or sensitive sensor loads, as well as added stability in higher winds. Each kit includes one brace arm and three sets of mounting brackets.

CR800 Measurement & Control Datalogger
 
The CR800 may be purchased to replace the datalogger originally contained in the Solar800. The CR800 provides sensor measurement, timekeeping, data reduction, data/program storage and control functions. It has 4 MB of memory for data and program storage.

-ST -ST -25 to +50C
Every CR800 is tested and guaranteed to perform within published specifications over the standard temperature range. Units are tested and shipped to the standard temperature range unless an extended range is specified. Any internal batteries are not tested or guaranteed across the entire standard temperature range.
-XT -XT -55 to +85C
When ordered, the CR800 is tested and guaranteed to perform over the extended temperature range. Analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over the published specifications. The extended testing covers the -55° to +85°C range. Any internal batteries are not tested or guaranteed across the entire extended temperature range.

At the time of purchase, the CR800 includes a standard warranty of 36 months. See our full warranty policy in the CR800/CR850 manual for the terms and conditions of this warranty.
-XW -XW 4yr Warr Extension
Our Extended Warranty adds 48 months to the standard 36-month warranty, bringing the total warranty period to 84 months. The extended warranty may be purchased only at the time of original product purchase. It may NOT be "added later." Except for the increased coverage length, the same terms and conditions apply to the extended warranty as apply to the standard warranty.

The CR800 is shipped without a calibration certificate.
-CC -CC Calibration Cert
When this option is chosen, a two-page calibration certificate is shipped with the datalogger. If you are using the 21852 A2LA/NVLAP Calibration Service, you do not need to order this option because Simco will send you a calibration certificate. (See the description of the 21852 service.)

The 17394 interface cable provides a USB connector on one end and a 9-pin male RS-232 connector on the other end. The USB connector attaches to the USB port on a PC, and the RS-232 connector attaches to the RS-232 port on the CR800. Cable length is 6 feet (2 m).
CM203
 
The CM203 is the 3 ft crossarm that supports the pyranometers, rain gage, and wind set.
CM270
 
The CM270 is used to mount the rain gage to the CM203 crossarm.
41303-5A
 
The 41303-5A is the naturally aspirated, 6-plate radiation shield that houses the 109 temperature probe or the CS215 temperature and relative humidity probe.

The enclosure supply kit includes desiccant, a humidity indicator card, cable ties, wire tie tabs, putty for sealing the conduit, and screws and grommets for attaching peripherals to the enclosure backplate.
17953
 
The 17953 is the 1 in. by 1 in. NU-RAIL crossover fitting used to mount the wind set onto the CM203 crossarm.
 
The 3659 aluminum pipe fits in the bottom of the wind set. This pipe mounts onto the CM203 crossarm using the 17953 NU-RAIL fitting.
 
The 30206 measures wind speed and direction with a 3-cup anemometer and a wind vane mounted on a small crossarm. This version of the 03002 Wind Sentry Set has a 13 ft cable that terminates in a prewired connector, which attaches to the Solar800's enclosure.
 
The 30207 provides a 6 in. orifice and measures rainfall in 0.01 in. increments. This version of the TE525 tipping bucket rain gage has an 11 ft cable that terminates in a prewired connector, which attaches to the Solar800's enclosure.

The 17592 is a 14.5 in. cable tie used to secure cables to the crossarm or tripod mast.
7364
 
The 7364 is available as a replacement item or to have spare cable ties. These UV-resistant cable ties secure sensor wires to the mast and crossarm of the tripods. Please note that a "drip loop" is recommended to allow water to drip off the cables just before entry into sensor connections or enclosure entries.
18377
 
One plug that covers a 0.45 in. to 0.81 in. diameter hole is included with the Solar800. The 18377 may be purchased to replace a lost or damaged plug.
29740
 
The 29740 is a plug for the 1.5 in. conduit in the enclosure for the Solar800.
 
The 30198 is included inside of the Solar800 to facilitate wiring. This kit contains a DIN-Rail mounting bracket, screws, grommets, and DIN-Rail stoppers.
 
The 27329 attaches the enclosure to the leg base of the CM106B tripod.

The 5449 may be purchased to replace a lost or damaged ground lug.
