Body Type Options - show details
-SB -SB Stainless Steel Body
An OBS300 turbidity sensor housed in this stainless-steel body can only be submerged in fresh water at a maximum depth of 500 m. If an OBS300 with a stainless steel body is submerged in salt water, the warranty will be void.
-TB -TB Titanium Body
An OBS300 turbidity sensor housed in this titanium body can be submerged in either fresh or salt water at a maximum depth of 1500 m.
Output Options - show details
-2.5 -2.5 0-2.5V Output
The -2.5 option supports our CR200(X)-series, CR510, or CR10(X) dataloggers. Both channels have an output range of 0 to 2.5 V.
-5 -5 0-5V Output
The -5 option supports our CR800, CR850, CR1000, CR3000, CR5000, and CR9000(X) dataloggers. Both channels have an output range of 0 to 5 V.
-20 -20 4-20mA Output
With the -20 option, the low channel has an output range of 4-20 mA, and the high channel has an output range of 0 to 5 V. A CURS100 is required for our dataloggers to read the 4-20 mA output.
Turbidity Range Options - show details
-T1 -T1 0-250 & 0-1000 NTUs
Measures the lower range of 0 to 250 NTUs or higher range of 0 to 1000 NTUs.
-T2 -T2 0-500 & 0-2000 NTUs
Measures the lower range of 0 to 500 NTUs or higher range of 0 to 2000 NTUs.
-T3 -T3 0-1000 & 0-4000 NTUs
Measures the lower range of 0 to 1000 NTUs or higher range of 0 to 4000 NTUs.
-T4 -T4 0-2000 & 0-4000 NTUs
Measures the lower range of 0 to 2000 NTUs or higher range of 0 to 4000 NTUs.
-T5 -T5 0-4000 & 0-4000 NTUs
Measures the range of 0 to 4000 NTUs on both channels. The -T5 option allows a channel with a 4-20 mA output (OBS-3+-20) to measure up to 4000 NTUs.

The delivery time of the OBS-3+CBL-L is four to six weeks.

CURS100
 
The CURS100 is required for our dataloggers to read the 4-20 mA output.
 
Campbell Scientific will perform a 5-point sedimentation calibration for an OBS300 turbidity sensor. The customer must send Campbell Scientific a dry sample of sediment from the water that will be monitored.
