41303-5A
 
The 41303-5A provides a six-plate naturally-aspirated radiation shield that houses one HMP50 probe. Its louvered construction allows air to pass freely through the shield thereby keeping the probe at or near ambient temperature. The 41303-5A attaches to a crossarm, mast, or user-supplied pipe with a 1.0" to 2.1" OD.
41003-5
 
The 41003-5 10-plate radiation shield can be used instead of the 41303-5A six-plate shield, but additional hardware is required (see below).
41322
 
The 41322 adapter plate is used to mount an HMP50 probe in the lower part of a 41003-5 10-plate radiation shield.
RAD06
 
The RAD06 uses a double-louvered design that offers improved sensor protection from driving rain, snow, and insect intrusion. It also has lower self-heating in bright sunlight combined with higher temperatures (> 24°C (~75°F)) and low wind speeds (< 2m/s (~4.5 mph)), providing a better measurement.
RAD10

  • 11 ft length (HMP50CBL-L11) attached atop a CM6 via a CM202
  • 14 ft length (HMP50CBL-L14) attached atop a CM10, CM110, or UT10 via a CM202
  • 19 ft length (HMP50CBL-L19) attached atop a CM115 via a CM202
  • 24 ft length (HMP50CBL-L24) attached atop a UT20 via a CM202
  • 37 ft length (HMP50CBL-L37) attached atop a UT30 via a CM202
Add two feet to the cable length if you are mounting the enclosure on the leg base of a light-weight tripod.

With the -PT option, the cable terminates in pigtails that connect directly to the datalogger.
-PW -PW w/Pre-Wire Connector
With the -PW option, the cable terminates in a connector that attaches to a prewired enclosure.

The 9598 RH Chip is field-replaceable, as needed, eliminating the downtime typically required for the recalibration process. Chip replacement is recommended every 2 to 3 years depending on the application.
