The "Typically Ships Within" value is an estimate of the number of calendar days within which this product is ready to ship from Campbell Scientific. Orders with more than 10 built-to-order products will likely increase the time needed to prepare the order for shipping.

To estimate how long it will take to receive an order that contains multiple products, combine the longest Ships Within value with the transit time of the shipping method you select.

Some specialized products have long Ships Within values. Because of this, you might consider submitting a separate order for these products so your other products won't be delayed.

Common Accessories

CABLE3CBL-L 3-Conductor 22AWG Cable w/Drain

This 22-AWG, three-conductor cable has a Santoprene jacket and an aluminum Mylar shield. The CABLE3CBL is used to connect the CWB100A's power and data lines to the datalogger.
CABLE3CBL-L Options - show details
-L ft per cable

Allowed values: 1-1000 ft, increments of 1 ft

Cable Termination Options - show details
-PT -PT w/Tinned Wires
With the -PT option, the cable terminates in pigtails that connect directly to the datalogger.
-PW -PW w/Pre-Wire Connector
Choose this option if you are using this cable with a pre-wired enclosure.
14204

The CWB100A requires the purchase of an antenna. The 14204 is a unity gain (0 dBd) omnidirectional antenna. This antenna must reside inside a building or enclosure. Its right angle knuckle joint can be oriented vertically or at right angles. The 14204 attaches directly to the CWB100A (antenna cable not required).
14221

The CWB100A requires the purchase of an antenna. The 14221 has the highest gain (3 dBd) of our omnidirectional antennas. It allows you to communicate with multiple wireless sensors located in different directions. It's rugged FM2 antenna mounts will accommodate a vertical pipe of up to 2.5" (6.5 cm) outside diameter. The antenna has a TYPE N female connector and requires an antenna cable to connect it to the CWB100A.
14201

The CWB100A requires the purchase of an antenna. The 14201 is a high-gain (9 dBd), directional (Yagi) antenna suitable for outdoor use. It has a narrow beam width, so precise aiming is mandatory. The 14201 is useful for longer distances and when communicating only with one wireless sensor (due to narrow beam width). The antenna has a TYPE N female connector and requires an antenna cable to connect it to the CWB100A.
15731

The CWB100A requires the purchase of an antenna. The 15731 is a unity gain (0 dBd), straight, omnidirectional antenna that attaches directly to the CWB100A (antenna cable not required). This antenna must reside inside of a building or enclosure.
15730

The CWB100A requires the purchase of an antenna. The 15730 is a unity gain (0 dBd), right angle, omnidirectional antenna that attaches directly to the CWB100A (antenna cable not required). This antenna must reside inside of a building or enclosure.
15970

The CWB100A requires the purchase of an antenna. The 15970 is an omnidirectional antenna with a 1 dBd gain. It includes adhesive backing that adheres the antenna to a wall, rear-view mirror, window, or another suitable flat, non-conductive surface. A 79 in. cable is provided for attaching the antenna to the CWB100A. The 15970 must reside inside of a building or enclosure.
COAXRPSMA-L

COAXRPSMA-L Antenna Cable LMR195 w/Reverse Polarity SMA & Type N Male Connector

Either this cable or the COAXNTN-L (see below) is required when using the 14201 or 14221 antennas. The COAXRPSMA-L is an LMR 195 cable that terminates in a type N Male connector on the "antenna end" and a Reverse Polarity SMA (RPSMA) connector on the "transceiver end." It is recommended for applications where the cable length is less than 10 ft.
Cable Length - show details
-L ft per antenna cable

Allowed values: 1-1000 ft, increments of 1 ft

Recommended length is 5 ft (1.5 m). Maximum length is 10 ft (3 m).
COAXNTN-L

COAXNTN-L Antenna Cable RG8 w/2 Type N Male Connectors

Either this cable or the COAXRPSMA-L (see above) is required when using the 14201 or 14221 antennas. The COAXNTN-L is a low-loss RG8 coaxial cable that requires the 14462 surge suppressor to connect it to the CWB100A. The COAXNTN-L/14462 combination is recommended over the COAXRPSMA-L when the antenna cable is longer than 10 ft (as measured between the transceiver and the antenna) or when the CWB100 is used in an environment susceptible to lightning or electrostatic buildup.
Cable Length - show details
-L ft per antenna cable

Allowed values: 1-500 ft, increments of 1 ft

Recommended length is 15, 25, or 35 ft (4.6, 7.7, or 10.8 m).
31314

The 31314 is an RF surge protection kit with flange mounting bracket. It may be flange-mounted to an enclosure backplate or bulkhead-mounted through an enclosure wall. One side of the surge protector connects to a radio with an RPSMA antenna connection. The other side connects to an antenna/antenna coaxial cable with Type N connector.
21212

This 10 ft (3.1 m) roll of 1"-wide black self-vulcanizing tape can help protect the connection of outdoor antennas. After connecting the coaxial cable to the antenna, wrap the tape around the connectors that are exposed to the environment.

Other Accessories

31312

Commonly used with RF407-series or RF451 radio devices, the 31312 is an RF surge protection kit that is installed by Campbell Scientific, bulkhead-mounted through the enclosure wall. One side of the surge protector connects to a radio with an RPSMA antenna connection. The other side connects to an antenna or antenna coaxial cable with a Type N connector.
19335

The 19335 is a factory-installed bulkhead-mounted coaxial cable. The associated enclosure on your order is properly cut to fit the Type N bulkhead connector, and the cable is installed prior to shipment. The cable has a Type N Female bulkhead connector on one end and an RPSMA plug (male) connector on the other. The cable is 17 in. (43.2 cm) of low-loss LMR-195.
