Every 18292 is tested and guaranteed to perform within published specifications over the standard temperature range. Units are tested and shipped to standard operating range unless extended testing is specified.
-XT -XT -55 to +85C
For extended temperature range testing, analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over published specifications. Extended testing covers the -55° to +85°C range. Batteries are not temperature tested.

CS110CBL1-L CS110 RS-232 (DTE) Cable w/Null Modem Cable
 
The CS110CBL1 RS-232 cable handles serial communication between the CS110 and a laptop computer. It also supports communications with some external telecommunication devices that have RS-232 ports (such as the RF401).

CS110CBL3-L CS110 Power Cable
 
The CS110CBL3 Power/SDM cable is required for the CS110 to operate. It terminates in a military-style connector that attaches to the bulkhead-mount mating connector on the CS110. In most applications, the cable will simply carry 12 V power from the system power supply. In applications where an additional datalogger is located at the measurement site, this cable will facilitate SDM communication between the two loggers (one being embedded in the CS110).

The 17642 Zero Electric Field Cover is used to check the electric field offset voltage of the CS110. If the measured electric field is ≥|60 V/m| with the Zero Electric Field Cover on, then inspection and cleaning of the electrode surfaces is recommended.

The CS110FV In-Field Verifier (Verifier) is used to verify a CS110 factory calibration. Housed in a rugged Pelican™ case, the Verifier includes a test cover that fits over the CS110 stator, a 12 Vdc alkaline battery pack, a GPS sensor to record the location of the CS110, and a CD100 keyboard display. A custom menu simplifies entering variables, initiating verification, monitoring the verification progress, and viewing the results.

The 4905 Single 4-Unit Silica Desiccant Pack is packaged in Tyvek. It is used to desiccate the CS110 and will periodically need to be replaced.

The 20635 is a 2.25" (0.89 cm) long silicone bronze screw. Four of these screws are shipped with the CS110 for securing the mounting clamp and bracket to a pole. The 20635 can be purchased to replace a lost or damaged screw.

Four of these washers are shipped with the CS110. They are used along with the 20635 screws to secure the mounting clamp and bracket to a pole. The 5428 may be purchased to replace a lost or damaged washer.

The 8865 is used to construct the CS110CBL1-L and CS110CBL2-L. This 24-AWG cable has one-twisted pair and seven conductors. Above lists the per foot price of raw cable. The raw cable is supplied cut to user-specified length, and does not have heat shrink. The insulation on the conductors is not stripped back.

The 8125 is a small, flat-bladed screwdriver that is extremely useful for opening the guillotine terminals on our dataloggers and measurement control devices.

The 21212 is a 10-ft roll of black self-vulcanizing tape. This cold shrink tape can help protect antenna connections in various networks.
 
The 17951 is a 20 g (0.7 oz) Loctite anti-seize stick. This compound improves the corrosion resistance of nut and bolt threads of the CS110 or any of the mounting hardware. It prevents galling of stainless on stainless threads. The compound also provides a barrier to seal out water.

Services

 
The 31479 requires an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) from Campbell Scientific. The CR1000 within the CS110 is calibrated to meet the factory specifications and is tested over the standard temperature range (-25° to +50°C). This service also includes replacing the stator gasket, cover gasket, and desiccant. The stator is then cleaned and the CS110 is calibrated. A calibration report is provided for the CS110.
