-ST -ST -25 to +50C
The Standard Temperature Testing range is -25° to +50°C. Individual units are warranted to perform within published specifications over this range, which is included with product purchase.
-XT -XT -40 to +70C
Extended Temperature Testing over the -40° to +70°C range is also available. Individual units are subjected to performance tests at these extremes in a test chamber. Units that pass the tests are certified as extended temperature units.

If not ordering the datalogger on the same order, you might need this small, flat-bladed screwdriver. The 8125 is extremely useful for opening the guillotine terminals on this module. The blade is 2.5 mm across and the untapered shaft length is 50 mm. The handle has an approximate length of 9 cm, and features a rotating end-cap that makes the screwdriver easy to rotate.

CR9071EC Easy Connector Module for CR9071E
 
One CR9071EC Easy Connector Module is included with the CR9071E. Additional CR9071ECs are purchased as replacement parts. The CR9071E typically remains in the chassis while the CR9071EC remains connected to the sensors. This allows one CR9000(X) system to measure sensors at several locations without having to reconnect sensors to the I/O Modules' screw terminals at each measurement site.

Services

 
The 16551 requires an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) from Campbell Scientific. When the 16551 is ordered, the I/O module is recalibrated to meet original specifications. Recalibration includes standard temperature testing (-25° to +50°C). Before and after calibration sheets are supplied with the I/O module. The calibration price assumes return of a fully functional I/O module; charges for all repairs will be added to the invoice.
 
An RMA (Returned Material Authorization) from Campbell Scientific is required. Extended testing of the CR9071E module covers the -40° to +70°C range. Analog accuracies are derated approximately two times over published specifications.
