The 26503 includes polyethylene tubing (0.50 in outer diameter, 0.375-in inner diameter) with Swagelok® reducers and end caps. The reducers adapt this larger diameter tube to the fittings on the gas analyzer and pump. This tubing assembly is recommended to connect the EC155 analyzer to the CPEC200 pump module when the total length is more than 50 ft. For lengths of 50 ft or less the 26504-L may be used instead. Maximum length is 500 ft.

The 21823 includes Synflex type 1300 tubing (0.25-in. outer diameter, 0.17-in. inner diameter) with Swagelok® end caps. Three 21823s are recommended if ordering the CPEC200 with the three valve module option. The first 21823 is used to connect the EC155 analyzer zero/span inlet to the CPEC200 Valve Module. A second and third 21823 should be used to connect the user’s zero and CO2 span tanks to the CPEC200 valve module. Six 21823s should be ordered for the six valve module option. Maximum length is 500 ft. Choose the –NT (no tee) option for the CPEC200.

The 27423 Scrub Module is used to provide a source of zero air (air that contains no CO2 or H2O) to the CPEC200 for zeroing the EC155 gas analyzer. More often, a compressed-gas cylinder of zero air is used for this purpose; however, the CPEC200 scrub module may be preferable in locations where acquiring and replacing gas cylinders is not convenient.

The 33384 contains two desiccant/scrubber bottles utilizing a non-hazardous molecular sieve. Each bottle contains necessary chemicals and membrane filters for scrubbing CO2 and water vapor from the gas analyzer housing. Empty chemical bottles should be disposed of according to local and federal regulations. SDS (Safety Data Sheet) forms for the chemicals are included in the EC155 manual.

The EC155 Foam Case Set is typically ordered as a replacement part for the foam set that came with the original EC155. The foam set is designed to be used in either the EC155 carrying case or a cardboard box. This foam set protects the EC155 and its parts when travelling with the instrument.
 
The EC155 Heated Vortex Intake is designed to separate particulates from the sample flow and reduce condensation. This newer vortex intake replaces the old vortex intake design that was susceptible to cracking near the intake. While the cracking on old vortex intakes is just cosmetic and does not affect measurements, users may want to replace their old intake with this new one.

Note: EC155 units that were shipped after March 29, 2018, have the new vortex intake already. The 31693 is intended for customers with an older EC155 unit.

Services

 
The 27332 provides a recalibration with zero and span. When drift between zero and span checks seems unstable, or when diagnostic output indicates a problem, the instrument should be sent in for a full factory calibration with zero and span. An RMA is required.
 
The 27333 allows customers to send their EC155 or CPEC200 to Campbell Scientific and have Campbell Scientific perform a zero and span; an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) is required. The zero and span should be done when ambient conditions change significantly (i.e., seasonally).
