To renew an existing CellData subscription service, visit the Your Account page on our website.
When ordering a cellular-enabled device, there are several options. The “No Data Provisioning" option is for customers who have made other arrangements for cellular data service. The other data provisioning options allow you to choose to subscribe to cellular data service offered by Campbell Scientific. In addition to selecting the provisioning option, a data plan must also be ordered. Available data plans are listed under Common Accessories for the device. Ensure that you order a data plan that corresponds to the selected carrier.
