  • 24 ft—sensor mounted atop a UT20 via a CM202
  • 37 ft—sensor mounted atop a UT30 via a CM202
Cable Termination Options - show details
-PT -PT w/Tinned Wires
With the -PT option, the cable terminates in pigtails that connect directly to the datalogger.
-PW -PW w/Pre-Wire Connector
With the -PW option, the cable terminates in a connector that attaches to a prewired enclosure.

This NU-RAIL® Slip-on Offset Crossover fitting can be used in place of the CM220 to attach the sensor to the 1.0" IPS pipe of a crossarm.
CM220
 
The CM220 is used to mount the 014A to a CM200-series crossarm. It provides the same functionality as the 1049 NU-RAIL fitting.
CM216
 
The CM216 Sensor Mount provides a connection point for this sensor to be attached to the top of a CM106B, CM110, CM115, or CM120 Tripod.

014ACBL-L 014A-L Replacement Cable
 
The 014ACBL-L consists of a 22 AWG cable with a Santoprene jacket and a connector for attachment to the 014A Anemometer. This cable can easily be replaced by the user.

The 1184 Reed Switch is difficult to replace without breaking it. Factory repair is recommended; request an RMA from Campbell Scientific.

The 16901 turret label is easily replaced by the customer. This label serves to repel water and is placed over the small access hole in the turret to reduce ingress by water.

Two of the 3648 bearings are required. They are difficult to replace without shattering the adjacent reed switch. Factory repair is recommended; request an RMA from Campbell Scientific. The bearings are also available from Met One as p/n A1898.
