What is ring memory?

By default, the data logger's final-data memory (that is, memory for stored data) is organized as ring memory. With ring memory, the new data is stored, which then overwrites the oldest data. This means that after a table fills up, new records begin overwriting the oldest records. Each table is its own ring.

Ring memory also applies to the software data cache in LoggerNet, PC400, and PC200W.
