The 32343 is a kit that is used to secure the hinged base of the UT10 or UT6 to a concrete pad. The 32343 can be ordered as an option (-J) of the UT10 or UT6. If the kit is ordered separately, it can be shipped before the rest of the tower, making the parts available when the concrete pad is poured.
