The SDI-12 Terminal Bus Kit (pn 33815) makes it easier for you to connect wires from multiple SDI-12 sensors into one set of terminals on a data logger. The 33815 uses six DIN-rail mountable (pn 27479) 6-wire terminal blocks. The 33815 jumpers two connectors together at a time (pn 32918). This setup allows up to 11 SDI-12 sensors to be connected to one set of terminals on a data logger.
CM241
 
The CM241 is a mount to attach the RainVUE™ series rain gage to a vertical 1.5-in. IPS sized pole or pipe. It is leveled with the sensor's adjusting screws. The CM241 is made of a powder-coated aluminum with stainless-steel bolts and nuts to withstand corrosion.

CM300 23 inch Mounting Pole w/Cap
 
he CM300 is a 58 cm (23 in.), stainless-steel, 1.5 in. IPS vertical pole. It is designed for mounting sensors, enclosures, or other instruments, and is an ideal mount for remote sensors such as a tipping bucket rain gage or net radiometer. Our CS700, TB4, and 385 rain gages are typically mounted to the CM300 via the CM240 leveling base. This mounting pole can be embedded directly into a concrete foundation or used with a pedestal kit.

-NP -NP No Pedestal Base
Select this if you are embedding the pole directly in a concrete foundation or supplying your own method for supporting the pole.
-PJ -PJ Pedestal J-Bolt Kit
Select this option to attach the pole onto a concrete foundation using j-bolts. With this kit, customers can more easily control the pole's placement ensuring that the pole remains in a vertical position. Each j-bolt includes nuts and washers.
-PS -PS Pedestal Short Legs
Pedestal Short Leg Kit includes three 23-inch legs, three metal feet, and a pedestal base. Feet can be secured to the ground via the 17049 Grounding Spikes (see Other Accessories). This pedestal kit is adequate for many temporary installations and for many situations where it is impractical to use a concrete foundation. With this option, Campbell Scientific assembles the leg kit to the mounting pole before it is shipped to you.

The long leg option includes three 39-inch legs, three metal feet, and a pedestal base. Feet can be secured to the ground via the 17049 Grounding Spikes (see Other Accessories). The 260-953 is a wind screen mounted around a rain or snow gage. It consists of 32 leaves that hang freely and swing as the wind moves past them. The 260-953 helps minimize the effect of wind on the rain or snow measurements.

RAINVUECBL Replacement Cable for RainVUE
 
The RainVUECBL is a replacement cable for the RainVUE™ SDI-12 Precipitation Sensor and may be purchased to replace a damaged cable. The cable consists of three shielded conductors (24 AWG) insulated in polypropylene with a drain wire. The cable jacket is composed of black UV-resistant polyurethane. The RainVUECBL has an IP67-rated M12 connector with stainless-steel knurl to resist corrosion in coastal and other harsh environments. The cable can be terminated with either stripped and tinned wires or fitted with a connector for our prewired enclosures.

The 36425 is a replacement parts kit for the RainVUE™20 rain gage. The kit includes three funnel screws, a filter mesh, and a filter cap.

The 36426 is a replacement nozzle for the RainVUE™20 rain gage. The nozzle should be replaced if it is damaged or if it cannot be easily cleaned with water. (Do not attempt to mechanically or chemically clean the nozzle.)

The 36427 is the filter mesh for the RainVUE™20 rain gage. This filter material should be replaced when dirt or debris clogs the opening and impedes the free flow of water from the funnel to the nozzle.

Three brass screws hold the funnel of the RainVUE™10/20 rain gage to its base. The 36428 may be purchased to replace these screws if they are lost or become damaged.

The RainVUE™20 rain gage is equipped with field-replaceable reed switches that detect bucket tips by sensing the passing of the magnetic arms of the tipping mechanism. The 36429 may be purchased to replace failed reed switches or as part of a preventive maintenance program. These reed switches are constructed with an IP67-rated connector and are fully potted to ensure long life of the sensor.

The RainVUE™ rain gage is equipped with a 3V lithium battery that ensures the continued functionality of the sensor with intermittent power or data. After extended hours of power disruption or as part of routine maintenance, the 38403 may be purchased to replace the battery inside the RainVUE™ interface. The 38403 is a CR2032 240 mAh coin cell battery.

The 27555 is a USB Type A to Micro B, male-to-male cable, 6 to 6.5 ft long. It connects devices using the Micro B interface to a USB port on a computer.
