Explain your setup in more detail.  Are you using a radio connection or cell phone for example?

I also have this kind of problem. My division is using a phone modem to connect. Is there any other way to make contact?? We have  5 stations that we operate. But only 2 are working. All of the stations uses a phone modem. The one that is working are the closes one to the base station. We have telecom coveredge but we can't make contact. Do you think that the phone modem is the problem?? If so what can i do to solve this problem?

Can you communicate with phone directly?  I use Sierra Wireless Raven modems and if I can't communicate with the data logger using LoggerNet or RTDAQ, I use AceManager to attempt connection to the phone itself.  If you can communicate with the phone you then have options including resetting in an attempt to re-establish the link to the data logger.

Some years ago we had problems with the phones dropping off the cell network.  The solution at that time was to have the logger power the phone off for 5 minutes once a day.  That forced the phone and the network to established communications.  I haven't had that problem in years, working mostly in the western United States, but recently I have seen others post similar problems and solutions.
