Is it possible to collect two sets of data, one which is gathered every second, and the other which is gathered every 5 seconds? The second set of data is being polled with an RS485 bus, and it takes up to a couple of seconds to get the data from all of the devices on the bus.
I believe using a slow sequence is what you need.
