PS150 stopped charging onboard battery

Hello Forum,

We have a PS150 that no longer charges the 7ah onboard battery. CSI says there are no servicealbe parts on that unit and the replacement is $369. Have others found a creative solution to replacing or repairing the PS150? Our unit is pretty new but probably outside of warranty. We have a 24VDC power suppy that connects to the PS150 charge ports.
