CR6 can't connect remotely

I've got multiple newly deployed systems with CR6 paired with a RV50x or RV55 that have lost ability to connect over port 6785 via loggernet.  one is using serial/PPP and other is using ethernet.  CR6 is running version 12 and RV50/55 are running 4.14.0 or 4.15.0.  are there any known issues with these firmware pairings?

Check the status of the Konect Pakbus router you are using. No CR6 issues are expected, particularly the one using Ethernet to the modem.
