Scheduled reports do not work well. Help!!

I have a table where I save data from the sensors of a datalogger every 15 minutes. 
When performing a data query in KonectGDS, this tool gives me the total data, 
but when using the scheduled reports, the last hour is always lost and 
I cannot obtain the complete information through the scheduled reports. 
Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong?
