establishment of connection with AWS with CR100 logger

We most recently bought RF422 868 MHZ radios. I quickly connected a pair (one using CSI/O to the CR1000 logger and the other to my pc using RS232) 

I could not connect to the CR100. do I need to reprogram the radios?

I suggest trying Network Planner. That will recommend radio settings for you.
