CR6 to LICOR Smartflux2 connection

Hi everyone, we are having problems reading the CR6 biomet data via Smartflux2. The problem occurred after we updated the CR6 firmware. Currently, the smartflux2 recognizes the IP of the CR6, but the biometric data table cannot be read and written by the proprietary software. Has anyone had the same problem (or is using the same configuration as ours)?

Well, which versions of firmware are you running re CR6 and Smartflux2?
Which worked, which failed?

Dear Nico,

The working configuration was: CR6 firmware v. 07.02 with Smartflux2 firmware v. 2.2.50
The updated (not working) configuration is: CR6 firmware v. 11.00 with Smartflux2 firmware v. 2.2.50
