Radio Channel Mask - RF407

Hello does anyone know how to set a radio channel mask on a RF-407 radio?

I would like to restrict the radio to use frequencies associated with bits 39 to 63. The mask field in the Settings editor only allows to enter 16 characters, so I am bit lost here.
