backup tables with schedule collection

kokihualpa Apr 19, 2020 03:41 PM

Hi

I send tables from a datalogger cr1000 to the Server PC with schedule collection every 10 min.

When it is finishing one month and the other month new is starting. Automatically it is created a new file .bckp about the last month but when i want to open the file is empty just there is the header.

Why?. How can i do to make an automatic backup of my tables of the last month?

To try to recover data, you could check if a copy is still available in the data cache of Loggernet. There is a small part of Loggernet that let's you check the data cache and export to files.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Campbellsci\LoggerNet\tablemon2.exe

1. Select the station.

2. Select the table.

3. Click the Start button.

4. A window will pop up with options similar to custom data collection.

To backup up your data files, I recommend using PC software used for backing up any files. There are lots of archiving/backup software options available. Windows even has backup settings integrated.
