Loggernet admin not reconnecting to device

I have Loggernet Admin installed on a server connected to 3 devices. Every few days one or more of the devices will not connect and I have login, open the troubleshooter, and open the comm test and run the test on the disconnected device and it will be fine and run like normal. Is there any setting or configuration that I can setup to automatically attempt to reconnect the disconnected device?

Adjust the scheduled collection settings in Setup for those stations. Maybe the stations were on secondary retries, which defaults to a 24 hour interval. Any successful communication puts a station back on the normal schedule. Maybe you should disable secondary retries.
