We bought CR310. We found that the calibration certificates available online differ from the calibration certificates attached to the delivery packing.
Anyone can explain why or experience it before?

The calibration certificate online should be correct. I was not aware that the CR310 shipped with a paper certificate as well. Do both certificates reference the same serial numbers? Please send me the serial number range you purchased and I will look into this. krhodes@campbellsci.com.
