RTDAQ slow to load

My computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1, 64 bit.  I have installed RTDAQ version 1.3.  I also have LoggerNet Admin 4.5 installed which has access to LocalHost and a network server.

When my computer is connected to the commpany network, either via Ethernet or by WiFi, RTDAQ loads in seconds.  However, if I am not connected to the company network, RTDAQ takes over a minute to load.  Once I am in it if I try to run CRBasic or View Pro they again take over a minute to load.

Is there some license verification process that takes longer when not on the network?  I could understand that with my installation of LoggerNet Admin but I don't think that should be the case with RTDAQ.

The software doesn't try contacting a licensing server. Whether my laptop is connected to the network or not, the software loads the same speed.

Maybe you have some file destinations set to network drives only present when connected to your network.
