For Proper Fitting Inside a 10- or 14-Plate Solar Radiation Shield
Overview
The 40950 is used with HygroVue™5 and TempVue™ sensors for proper fitting inside solar radiation shields that are taller and have more plates, such as 10- and 14-plate shields. The extender ensures that these shorter sensors are in the optimum position within the shield for improved airflow and performance. The 40950 is included with the TempVue 10 and may be purchased to replace a lost or damaged extender.
