Fixed Serial Communication Connection Failure: Addressed a connection issue that resulted from an inability to find neighbors on a serial link.

Added a GOES tab/deployment panel for the TX325 GOES radio and the TX326 METEOSAT radio in the CR1000X, CR6, CR300 and GRANITE10/9/6 dataloggers. This deployment panel allows setting radio parameters, viewing radio diagnostic information, and a yagi antenna orientation aid. Pressing the F5 key on the computer’s keyboard forces the datalogger to poll the attached TX325/TX326 radio for the latest information.

Fixed the AL200 "Battery Voltage Sensor ID" setting so the minimum value of -1 is properly interpreted. Prior to this change a mis-match in format types caused the Device Configuration Utility to crash or not allow changes to the setting. This change specifically resolves a problem that occurred when connecting to an SDI-12 enabled AL200 with the ALERT OS.

Updated the CH200 and CH201 settings to work with current operating systems that support LiPo battery types.

Fixed the Settings Editor so unintentional scrolling no longer occurs when displaying settings with multiple components (such as the CH201).

Fixed an issue with the ModBusMaster where ResultCode was not incrementing correctly when not receiving a response from a ModBus slave.

Corrected an issue with overflowing integers that caused scan intervals greater than 70 minutes to act erratically and not run on their set interval.

Fixed FTPClient() to timeout correctly if the attempt to make a non-passive data connection that is used for the data transfer fails. The symptom is that the FTPClient() instruction will hang forever. Note, this is not the command connection initially opened to the server but rather after this succeeds the server fails to open the data connection with the datalogger.

Added a fix to disable the Ethernet interrupt long enough to guarantee a busy logger has time available to recover after a sustained burst of Ethernet activity.

Fixed an issue in the CR800 with an uninitialized pointer when doing SendData with the public table. In the CR800, memory lined up in such a way that the pointer wrote to hardware which then immediately triggered a watchdog. On a CR3000 and CR1000, this same issue would sometimes cause erroneous "Variable Out of Bounds" messages.
