On behalf of the American Society of Civil Engineers' Environmental & Water Resources Institute, I am pleased to invite you to Palm Springs, California for the 2011 World Environmental & Water Resources Congress on May 22-26, 2011. The Congress Steering Committee is putting together a program that is intellectually and professionally stimulating and provides plenty of opportunities for networking with your peers. The program will include outstanding plenary sessions and technical presentations.
