As stated on the Stat website:

STAT invites all science teachers, administrators, policymakers, and those who just plain love science to join us as we attempt to make this conference bigger and better than CAST 2009 in Galveston.

Proposals will be accepted in February when we will announce the opening of the proposal site. The deadline for submissions will be early April. Stay tuned for updates.
