The authors of the accepted abstracts will be asked to submit a full paper for inclusion in the conference proceeding which will be available at the start of the conference. The submitted papers will be peer reviewed before inclusion in the proceeding. Two submitted papers will be selected and FHWA Best Paper Award will be presented to authors of the selected papers at the general session portion of the conference.
