Overview
The PS84 can power a system with larger power requirements and is for situations where it is desirable to have the power supply housed in a separate enclosure. It consists of an 84 Ah battery, mounting bracket, and a 14 by 16 in. environmental enclosure.
Technical Description
The PS84 requires either the CH200 Regulator (option -CR) or the SunSaver Regulator (option -SR) to connect the battery to a charging source (typically an unregulated solar panel). The PS84's enclosure can have either one or two cable-entry conduits. Several options are offered for mounting the enclosure to a tripod or tower.

The 25660 Bridge Grid Plate allows small peripherals to be mounted inside the PS84 power supply enclosure. The PS84 comes with one 25660, but more can be added using the 6044 grommet and 505 screw.

10 A 12 V Regulator with 15 ft Battery Cable
The 18529 MorningStar SunSaver-10 10A 12V Regulator outputs up to 10 A at a nominal 12 Vdc. It accepts inputs from one or two solar panels,then regulates the voltage to charge an external battery. The regulator includes a 15-ft (4.6 m) cable to connect it to the rechargeable battery.
