Overview
The A151 is a vented junction box with terminal blocks to connect sensors to an M12 eight-pin connector. It has accessories to allow the use of various lengths of cable and termination options.

Technical Description
The A151 allows sensors such as pressure transducers to be used without the need to run a ventilation tube all the way to a data logger enclosure. The sensor cable with a ventilation tube terminates at the A151, which contains a small vent and desiccant, while a second cable without a ventilation tube completes the connection to the Aspen 10 or other data logger.
A mounting bracket is attached to the bottom of the chassis. The bracket is used to fasten the A151 inside an enclosure. Alternatively, a zip tie can be used to fasten the A151 to another location of the user’s choosing.

The CABLE8T8PIN (cable) is an extension cable used to add cable length between a sensor and a data logger that uses the eight-pin, A-coded M12 connections. The cable has a plug connector and a socket connector to seamlessly integrate between a sensor and data logger. The CABLE8T8PIN is available in four standard lengths (3, 10, 17, and 33 ft) with the ability to connect multiple cables together; however, the best practice is to use a single cable to the nearest length needed rather than connecting multiple cables. The cable is IP67 rated with 24 AWG internal wires and a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) jacket.

The 39572 includes 10 of the 45.7 cm (18.1 in.) black, UV-resistant cable ties (pn 39333). These cable ties are often used with tripods and towers. A connection is made by pulling the tapered end through the locking end, thus forming a loop. The free end is pulled tight to secure the cable tie, then trimmed back to the locking end. Once attached, the cable tie must be cut to be removed.

Replacement Enclosure Humidity Indicator Card
The 28878 is a replacement humidity indicator card. It provides a visual reference of humidity level inside the enclosure. Colored circles change color from blue to pink to indicate levels of 30%, 40%, and 50% relative humidity. Double sticky tape on the back of the card allows it to be easily secured to an enclosure lid. Note: The humidity indicator card is a single-use card and should be replaced after its colored circles turn pink.

Data Loggers
Even though the A151 comes with an eight-pin M12 connector that is compatible with the Aspen 10, you can purchase accessories to terminate the cable end in pig tails for use with other data loggers.
Sensors
The A151 is compatible with most sensors that use eight pins or less. The A151 is often used with pressure transducers. Note: Ensure that any sensor to be used with the Aspen 10 is compatible with the Aspen 10.
Prewired Enclosures
The A151 does not have a -PW cable termination option. A special order product can be made to adapt from the eight-pin M12 connector to the -PW prewired enclosure connector.
