This 1.83 m (6 ft) long UV-stabilized Santoprene weatherproof cable is terminated with a circular 2-pin pin (male) connector on one end and a circular 6-pin pin (male) connector on the other end. The 18971 cable is used to connect a TurfWeather-style station to the ATP100.

The 18971 external battery cable is a waterproof UV-stabilized Santoprene cable used with the TurfWeather-style weather station and ATP100 enclosure. One end of the cable has a circular male 2-pin connector that attaches to the mating plug on the bottom of the ATP100 enclosure. The other end has a circular 6-pin male connector that attaches to the mating plug marked AUXILIARY on the bottom of the TurfWeather-style weather station.
