025STAND

The 025STAND Pyranometer Crossarm Stand was originally used to attach a pyranometer or quantum sensor to the 019ALU Crossarm, which has been largely replaced with the CM200-series crossarms. Customers who own a 025Stand can use it with the CM200-series crossarms by using a 1049 NU-RAIL® Slip-on Offset Crossover Fitting. Many pyranometers and quantum sensors also require a leveling base that secures the sensor to the 025STAND as well as level the sensor. 

The 025STAND was inserted into the ¾” x ¾” NU-RAIL Fitting on the 019ALU Crossarm or a 1049 NU-RAIL® Slip-on Offset Crossover Fitting attached to a CM200-series crossarm.  An additional ¾” x ¾” fitting was provided with the 025STAND for applications in which the 019ALU's primary ¾” x ¾” connector was occupied. The 025STAND could be used atop any tripod or tower—although safety and sensor leveling/cleaning requirements dictate the sensor be kept less than 10 feet from the ground.
