The 16764 provides a rigid carrying case with a handle for transporting the CSAT3 from site to site. It does NOT include a foam insert, which is required to transport the CSAT3. However, each CSAT3 is shipped in foam. Therefore, you will get the foam if the 16764 is ordered at the same time as the CSAT3. If you need both the carrying case and foam, order the 16763.
