I would be very pleased if anyone could help me with this problem.
First of all, I'm using a CR1000 connected to a SAT HDR GOES transmitter. I have upgraded the CR1000 with the OS 22 (2011) and the GOES transmitter with the OS v3.3.4 (2006). I put the years as an observation.
Well, I had success with some GOES transmission tests, but then I have found some problems with the CR1000 clock, when I had established connection with a laptop.

As you can see, the PC's clock is very different of the datalogger's clock.

It is really annoying to find the logger's clock with a wrong date and time each time I get connected.
If you have the previous OS (maybe the 18, 19) for the CR1000, it would be very helpful because I have installed the OS 22 in other CR1000 and it shows the same problem.
I have expected to fix it by adding these lines to the configuration file, but it does not work anyway.

Your post was published a long time ago, but I'm in a similar situation to yours. I have the need to connect a CR1000 with SAT HDR GOES, the problem is that I have not worked with this Tx. I would be grateful if you could send me information or any help for the configuration of the Tx and and communication with the CR1000.
I downloaded the DCPComm.exe apliación mentioned in the manual but I could not write or read the configuration of the Tx or establcer a communication between the program and the Tx.

The datalogger programming is exactly the same for the SAT HDR GOES as it is for the TX312. I suggest using Shortcut. Under the Control group you can find TX312 Data and TX312 Setup. The program can set all the necessary parameters in the SAT HDR GOES.
