We've been using EVDO Ravens for years but have purchased an RV50 to prepare for eventually having to switch from EVDO. I found the sample configs/templates on the Campbell site, but they are problematic because we are on a Verizon Mobile Private Network. I tried uploading a sample template and it worked (in that the template was loaded) but there was something wrong and the modem wouldn't get back on the network until I restored the factory defaults.
I have the modem working and using the web-interface attempted to download a template with the current config on it, so that I could compare it to the sample from Campbell.
The difficulty is that while the download seems to work (I see the activity light flashing on the modem and the web interface reports that it has happened, the file is nowhere to be found and the browser doesn't see the download as happening. I have tried this with different browsers and on both Windows and linux.
The modem is clearly working on the MPN and the web interface is working and the upload template functionality is working and clearly the web page thinks that the download is working, but... nothing
