Problems with CR6 and LS300 modem communication (it locks up)

maurixio Oct 26, 2016 03:14 PM

Hi!

Im having some problems with syncronization between Sierra Wireless and CR6.

It works without a problem for a while (like an hour or so), then CR6 locks out and the only way to "get" info from the datalogger is to enter on LS300 webpage , reboot and get a new ip ..but for a while it keeps giving the same problems, it seems that datalogger lock out the communication between them.

My configuration is : CR6 (CS I/O) --> SC105 --> Sierra Wireless LS300 3G Modem.

Both are upgraded to the last SO.

Any help?

Thanks!

Next time you connect to the LS300 after communications stops, look at the Serial page under Status. If the Serial Port Mode shows TCP, another device is currently connected to the modem. In serial server mode, the LS300 can only have one incoming connection to the Device Port(3001).

It shows PPP, but CR6 is not able to show any information through the web browser.  Only if i reboot the ls300 , i can recover the info.
