I read that is possible to communicate two computers with radios RF (RF400, RF401...).
Now, both radios have to be Masters? or Slaves? or one as Master and the other as Slave or even as Repeaters?

The RF401 radios do not get designated as master or slave. They are multipoint to multipoint.
You can have two PCs with RF401 radios both connect to the same datalogger network. The radios are not intended for passing data between two computers.
The same applies to the RF407 radios.
