Hi!
Just trying to setup an CR5000 with the Device configuration system downloaded on the campbell website, I was abble to turn on the CR5000 (and the 12v power supply is still working tried on a CR1000) but after connecting the CR5000 and trying to intall on program in it, by fallowing the steps indicating in the device configuration program, the CR5000 shut down and I am not abble to turn on the device anymore.
Do I have to do a special procedure to turn the device on again, because now even if power is working the CR5000 stay shut down. I also not abble to connect the device with the program anymore.
