NL201 driver on Windows 10

capmon Jun 5, 2019 01:37 PM

I installed the driver for the NL200 Series through the Device Configuration Utility (DCU), but everytime I connect any NL201 units into the computer, there is always a Windows notification that the device is unrecognized.  If I install the driver again through DCU, it will say that the driver is already installed.

I have tried restarting the computer; shutting down the computer and waiting before turning it on again; unplugging the NL201 waiting before plugging it back it; Tried different USB-mircroUSB cables; different NL201 adapters;  Nothing changes the situation.   I have also tried another Windows 10 computer and ended getting a BSOD (blue screen of death).

I am running the DCU that comes with LoggerNet 4.5.0.1.

Is this NL200 Series driver intended to be used with Windows 10?

Hi,

is the Device Configuration Utility last version?

You talk about NL200 which is no longer in production, maybe there are updates! ...... I believe, unfortunately I can't verify, I don't have those devices at hand.

In the DCU they lumped both the NL201 and NL200 as the "NL200 Series".  Yes, I am using the latest firmware available.  I am not using an NL200 (we don't have those).  We only have NL201 units.
