Overview
The 35708 AL205-Series Transmit/Receive Radio Cable, manufactured by Ritron, is used to transmit and receive ALERT2 packets by connecting a single RF320 Ritron radio to either your AL205B or AL205R.
This cable is a six-inch cable with a standard male DB15 connector on one end and both a four-pin receiver connector and a five-pin transmitter connector on the other. The DB15 connector is used with the radio, and the receiver and transmitter connectors are used with the receiver and transmitter headers of the AL205B or AL205R. The receive header on the AL205B or AL205R is a four-pin header located on the side of the unit. This header is labeled according to individual pins, 12V G AI CS. The transmitter header on the AL205B or AL205R is a five-pin header located on the side of the unit. This header is labeled according to individual pins, AO G PTT 12V CS.
