About Surface Temperature Sensors
We offer two different technologies to measure surface temperature. Infrared temperature sensors are a non-contact means of measuring the surface temperature of an object or surface by sensing the infrared radiation given off by the subject. Other temperature sensors attach directly to the surface and measure temperature by physical contact.
