Technical Description
The SC110 provides (1) 17855 DTE Cable and (1) 17856 DCE Cable. On one end, both cables have stripped and tinned leads that connect to the COM ports of a CR800, CR850, CR1000, or CR3000. On the other end, the 17855 DTE cable has a 9-pin male connector, and the 17856 DCE cable has a 9-pin female connector. By having two cables, connection to either an RS-232 DCE or DTE device is supported—depending on the cable used.
