SAT HDR GOES

High Data Rate GOES Transmitter

Retired Product
(not available for purchase)

The SAT HDR GOES has been retired, and replaced by the TX312. The SAT HDR GOES complied with the High Data Rate (HDR) specifications, and was NESDIS certified for low and high data rates, including 100, 300, and 1200 bps. The transmitter supported transmission lengths from one to 120 seconds. Short transmission lengths enabled multiple stations to use the same NESDIS-assigned window. The internal GPS receiver acquired time and the PPS signal.
