CR6 Wifi OS Update

ARP messages are now transmitted correctly to improve static address mapping on a network. For these changes to fully take effect the CR6 needs to be running OS version CR6.Std.11.01 or greater.

CR6 now checks for an existing network with the same SSID before creating its network. If a network exists with the same SSID, the CR6 will not create its network.

When creating a network, the CR6 only use channels 1, 6, and 11 when the channel setting is set to Auto (default).

Addresses a failure to connect issue if the device has not been communicated with in a while.
